Yoga is an ancient Indian system that is practiced for self-improvement on physical, emotional and mental levels.  Yoga helps to maintain better health, develop body flexibility, develop core body strength, it helps to stabilise energy levels and provide emotional and mental calmness.

The word Yoga means Union, referring to connection and harmony between the body, mind and soul; union between a person’s individual spirit and conciousness, with the Universal cosmic conciousness.

Private Yoga Classes.

My 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 Private Yoga classes are very popular. Some people find that private lessons are more appealing.  Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health and help you achieve personal Yoga goals.  Private Yoga classes are held in my private Yoga Studio or if you prefer, I can make arrangements to come to you.  Please contact me for more details.
