Graduating in 2017, Sarah is an experienced Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, known for teaching various classes in Leighton Buzzard and surrounding villages for over 7 years.
Having just returned from Croyde, North Devon where she has been teaching Yoga on Surf retreats, various classes, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra guided meditation classes over the past Year, Sarah can now be found teaching in and around Leighton Buzzard and privately in her home studio.
Her Yoga classes focus on safe alignment, building strength and improving flexibility and balance.
