I fell in love with Yoga when I first started practicing 18 years ago.  I wanted to gain strength, increase my flexibility and find calm and quietness.

My passion for Yoga grew steadily and in 2016, I decided to embark on a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course. I graduated in June 2017 from the highly-regarded Whitespace Yoga Studio in Stony Stratford.

As a Yoga teacher, I have only started on this wonderful journey and will continue to learn, deepening my understanding of Yoga.  The amazing Asana practice, the different lineages (Parampara), breath control (Pranayama), Meditation and Mindfulness (Dhyana) are just a few of the elements of Yoga which continue to intrigue and inspire me.

My Yoga classes focus on safe alignment, building strength and improving flexibility and balance.
